I’ve placed my order, what happens next?
Once you’ve placed your order we’ll prepare your artwork for print and send you an electronic proof. Simply respond to the email and your order will be sent to print.
I have an immediate requirement, can you help?
Of course, we can provide 24hr turnaround on certain products. Although many products take a certain time to print and finish, we will always get your order to you as soon as possible. For emergency orders please call 01302 719137.
What artwork will you accept?
We accept and file types and will be happy to convert your file and prepare it for print free of charge. We accept literally any file types you can think of from Microsoft word to Quark.
I am supplying my own artwork, which is your preferred file type?
When it comes to supplying your artwork, we would prefer to receive the following files.
- Indesign
- Quark
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
However, we have a full design studio in-house and will be delighted to work with any file type you may have.
I have a new business and need a logo, can you help?
We provide a full design service including logo design. We charge a flat rate of £25 per hour for all design. Please contact us now with your initial ideas and our design team will be happy to help
Can I receive a proof before I pay for my printing?
Due to the huge amounts of proofs requests we receive it is impossible for us to provide free proofs before payment is received. However, once you have paid for your print, we offer a free proof with all orders.
Can I see samples of your printing?
Of course, we offer a free sample pack. Please visit the sample pack page for more details.
What Print is the higher quality, digital or litho?
Simple, Litho is by far the highest quality print possible. Litho incorporates the latest technology to produce the highest standards of reproduction.
The quantity I need is not listed on the website.
It would be impossible for us to list very single quantity on our website. However, we can provide quantities from 1 to 1,000,000+. Please contact us if you require a bespoke quotation at sales@expertprint.co.uk.
